What We Offer
All our production tools are designed in house on Auto Cad, and from there the files are sent to our in house tool room , who are responsible for the manufacture and maintenance of all our tooling. Records are kept on tool history and performance. All tool designs and drawings are stored on Auto Cad files for easy reference.
We employ the very latest Wire EDM Machines to produce top class tooling - the foundation of quality products.
We have a range of presses from 6 tons to 63 tons and experienced setter operators to enable the presses to run high speed with the aid of de-coilers and feeders.
We also have a tumbling and finishing department which is critical in the production of shock absorber valving, and many other components. We also have spot welders for welding of basic assemblies
In our inspection department all shock absorber valving is checked 100% and recorded for traceability, before being counted and placed in the Kanban racks. This gives us the confidence to issue a certificate of conformance to our customers with all orders being dispatched.
We currently produce approximately two million parts per month and now have the space and capacity to double this in our new, purpose built, 800 square meter factory.
