Attention to detail

At Cape Metal Pressings we build inspection into every stage of or production processes. Our raw material in feeds are inspected when they are delivered to confirm that the sizes and material specs are correct before we issue them to production. The press setter will also inspect the material before selecting it for production.

During production, first off are inspected and displayed at the work station. All through the stamping process further inspection take place at set intervals and are recorded on the inspection sheet.

This is why we can confidently issue a certificate of conformance for the parts we produce and another reason that we are the preferred supplier for many of our customers. We regularly receive awards for being Supplier of the Year from our biggest customer.
