Modern and efficient process

Our core business is the production of small & medium size, high volume metal pressings for various industries including the shock absorber, motor industry, telecommunications, electrical, raised flooring and many  more.

All our production press tools are designed in house on AutoCad, and manufactured in our own tool room. We are responsible for all our own tool maintenance. Records are kept on tool history and performance. All tool designs and drawings are stored electronically for easy reference. We employ the very latest Wire EDM Machines to produce top class tooling – the foundation of quality products.

We have a range of eccentric presses from 30 tons to 200 tons and most are fitted with de-coilers and feeders to enable the presses to run automatically.

We also have a tumbling and finishing department which is critical in the production of shock absorber valving, and many other components. We manufacture various assemblies using spot welders, riveting machines and assembly fixture.
